**Aircond Technician**

Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Hour: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Emzi Holding Sdn Bhd, Level 1 Menara SP Plaza, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah

**Salary**: RM1,600 + RM100 (Incentive)

**Responsibility**:

- Assist the Building Executive to managing day to day M&E operational and maintenance issues specialize on Air conditioning.
- Inspecting the building frequently for sign of damage or wear.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Responsible in service, checking, maintenance, install and trouble-shooting of all type or air conditional system
- To lead technician to provide maintenance and operation services for all customers
- Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems.
- To ensure equipment and facilities are functioning optimally at all times by complying to preventive maintenance schedule, attending to service requests, troubleshooting and resolving arising issues in timely manner.
- Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building, common area and office areas which includes of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
- To carry out any other duties as when instructed by the management from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum education SKM Level 2 or other similar qualification in electrical/air-conditioning.
- At least 1 year experienced as Technician in Facility, Property, Building, Air-Conditioning Management or
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer literacy word, excel for simple report & data entry.
- Must be willing to work at Sungai Petani Kedah.
- Applicant must be below 35 years old

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Facilities maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- B2. D Driving License (preferred)
