Ipqc Leader

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring all the parts are in compliance with established Quality system.
- Supervise and lead inspectors and manage daily produced quality and In Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Generate QA/ QC procedures, ensure all documents up keep for audit and in process material
- Liaise with HOD,Supervisor, Process Engineer and technicain to participate in process quality problem investigation, analysis and problem solving.
- To assist in any other ad hoc tasks within and other departments

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum 03 years working experience in related field & Experience in leading QC team
- Required language(s): Malay & English.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using gauges such as calipers, micrometers,videoscope and other basic measuring instruments
- Good understanding and working knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Control Plan etc is an advantage.
- Detail and result orientated and proactive problem solver, poses sense of urgency and commitment to achieve targeted goals.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and understanding and able to use excel
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Gajah
