1. To perform in process and finished goods baking test

2. To perform online inspection as assigned from time to time.

3. To ensure baking test results are generated correctly and timely.

4. To report any non-conformance detected.

5. To ensure bakery equipment are used correctly and well maintained.

6. Adhering to the HSE and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

7. Highlighting any unsafe condition & potential food safety issue in laboratory area/ production/ factory/ warehouse and seeking corrective action for the same.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
