Precast Technical

Job Description: 1. Lead a team of engineers for factory production support and process development & improvements. 2. Initiate, conduct, and manage projects focused on evaluating, improving, and validating processes, procedures, equipment, and supplies focused on safety, quality, cost reduction, and productivity. Includes periodic assessments and audits on processes. 3. Assess manufacturability of new projects, and design tools, equipment, and methods for production. 4. Participate in or lead interdepartmental teams, working groups or task forces to ensure operations and engineering are supported in identifying and correcting deviations from standard processes and quality. 5. Keeping abreast with global precast industry practices and technologies, and emulate in the factory operations. 6. Liaise with suppliers and fabricators (local and global) to procure tools, equipment and consumables that would increase productivity and assure quality of work & product. 7. Develop and provide general trainings for new technicians, and specific trainings for production engineers.
