Facility Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Manage facility 5S inspection regularly and coordinate repair ensuring it is at satisfactory level.
- Ensuring devices, structures and systems on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring activities in compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility
- Maintain a secure and well-functioning work environment.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple issues and tasks at a time
- Supporting servicing team with sufficient monthly consumables in place for tools servicing from local and overseas suppliers.
- Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions
- Organize and conduct WSH training plans
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvement actions. Reporting tool incident and prepare investigation reports

Skills and Experience Required
- Diploma in relevant field
- Experience in reporting and developing policies
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Diligent with an analytical mind
- Proficient in English & MS Office
- Willingness to travel.
- Hire and resides in Labuan Malaysia
