Responsibility Responsible for organize the warehouse areas, making the best and most efficient use of space, and managing the day to day activities of warehouse staff. Interact with third party transporter for transport arrangement. Monitoring road show such as location, quality, scheduling, reliability and validity, service, delivery & others. Controls and monitoring stock inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts and corrective actions taken to rectify the errors on a timely basis. Provided monthly stock movement, monthly costing for third party transport, monthly goods defect/damaged report, monthly key performance indicators, product conversion, etc.. Coordinate with Corporate Sales department to fulfill and manage ad hoc projects / order related including packing, quality, scheduling, material handling information of buyer requirement and conduct with buyer for delivery dateline. Monitoring warehouse facilities such as maintenance of forklift, wooden pallet, Fire Extinguisher date renew certificate and etc. Monitoring and ensure proper housekeeping (cleanliness, tidiness of warehouse and the efficiency of the infrastructures, equipment) and integrity of stock inventory. Implement warehouse policies and procedures to safeguard materials kept and maintain its productivity. Monitoring and ensure all the stock physical is tally with the system SAP. Planning to maintain warehouse physical condition for operation efficiency. To perform any other duties assigned within the position level. Requirements Preferable Diploma/Degree holder. Minimum 3 years working experience in organizing warehousing and distribution. Strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates. Ability to speak, read and write above average in Bahasa Malaysia and English. An advantage to speak other languages and dialects. Ability to oversee multiple task effectively. Knowledge in computer, inventory system, planning, common warehouse equipment.
