Famousy known as the _“Panadol Plant”_, our Manufacturing Site in Ulu Kelang (Ampang) also produces Polident and ENO; all of which are trusted household brands.

We are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators (Union D).

Job Propose

Responsible for setup, operation, shutdown and cleaning of work centers or equipment and manufacturing process in accordance with established Company’s and Regulatory Authorities policy such as GMP and Environment, Safety and Health procedures.

Other Key Responsibilities:
- Perform EHS start up checks before starting production activities, adhere to LOTO procedure, follow safety guidelines as trained and raise ZAPs.- Perform line start up, GMP checks, raw material dispensing, labeling of dispensed material and document them as per the instructions in the Master Batch Record (MBR) and standard operating procedure.- Perform line clearance and cleaning, cleaning of containers and utensils as per the standard operating procedure, work instruction, visual display and other instructional materials as trained. Record as per Good Documentation Practice and follow principles of ALCOA in Batch Documents, logbooks.- As per dispensing plan, receive materials and perform checks of material received, perform SAP transactions as required,- Daily verification of scales.- Be accountable for and proactively complete assigned learning ( classroom training, e learning, On Job Training ) before due date.- Escalate issues to First line leader as per escalation procedure to ensure quick resolution of issues.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years working experience in operator line / manufacturing industry.- Familiar with documentation including SOP/MBR.- Fair command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to perform basic mathematic calculation.- Able to work on weekly rotational shift : e.g. morning/afternoon/night shift for 5-6 days a week (include weekends & public holidays).- Able to join ASAP- We offer competitive salary and benefits including allowances and overtime pay
