**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to senior-level technicians or management as necessary.
- Document all incidents, requests, and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patching of systems and software.
- Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- Install, configure, and test new hardware and software.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies (e.g. Windows, Microsoft Office, network protocols).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document all incidents and resolutions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a desk.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
