IT Executive

**JOB SUMMARY**
- To record, monitor and update all the IT hardware and software and related warranty and documents.
- To ensure the optimum usage of IT resources in the School.
- To maintain the protection and security of all IT hardware and software in the School.
- To provide support for the following systems established in the School:

- Accounting System
- Library Management System
- i-School System
- e-Purse System
- Staff Auto-Attendance System
- PA System
- Data Management System
- To provide support for all staff on any existing and new IT related systems established in the School.
- To manage a system of regular maintenance and repairs of all computers and peripherals in the School.
- To set up and ensure functionality of hardware and software in computer laboratories for the purpose of teaching and learning, and for testing and evaluation.
- To liaise with relevant bodies and organizations on IT issues and updates.
- To plan and execute new system implementation.
- To be responsible for managing small project.
- To assist in printing/issuing tag for students, staffs, and parents.
- To assist in system Research & Development.
- To assist in photographing.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the superior from time to time when the need arises.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in IT
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
