**Responsibilities**:_

Manage all maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement operations of the dealership.

Oversee the work of mechanics and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Develop and implement effective service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with the after-sales manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Continuously improve service skills through training and development opportunities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
