Job Scope in QC:
- Assist in maintain and update HACCP, GMP, SSOP and SOP plan.
- Keep all record and checklists up-to-date.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the production room.
- Required to provide and maintain a system for Quality and Inspection acceptable to our customers.
- Inspect incoming raw material to ensure that all quality requirement are as specified in the purchase order.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of the production outputs to ensure the production programs are met in terms of quantity, quality and time.
- Initiate quality and hygiene programs to ensure the operators are trained and comply to Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Hygiene Practices, by means of training and awareness programs among the operators.
- Liaise with external parties related to factory operations, e.g. customers, (audits, product development, complaints, etc.), For dealing with health authorities, JAKIM officers, and other related regulatory authorities, provide assistance to the Regulatory Officer as and when required.
Job Scope in Halal:
- Oversees the planning and implementation of Halal programs.
- Ensure that chickens are slaughtered based on Syaria law.
- Ensure all the raw materials and processing meets the standards of Halal requirement.
- Manage daily operation on chicken production (Slaughter House) and product inspection (chicken parts product)
- Dealing with JAKIM Officers, relevant authorities and suppliers, for Certificate related on Food and Halal.
- Maintain and keep a record to track the Halal status of all the raw Ingredients and food products certification.
- Responsible for all Halal documents to be in order, well organised and always be updated.
- Update and verify document for internal and external audit.
- Stay up to date with latest Halal practices and concepts.
- Manage training throughout companies in creating proper Halal work force, module and management structure.
- To educate others on the importance of Halal Assurance System in manufacturing process.
- Report to Factory Manager about the latest operation situation.
- Work closely with other Line Managers to ensure overall smooth operation.
- Supervise processes and manpower to ensure compliance and adherence to quality.
- Any other matters as and when required by the management.
**Requirements**:
- At least a certificate in B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science and Technology
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Food industry
- **Work location - Meru, Klang**:
- **Work start time - 4am dan/atau 10.30 pm (berdasarkan aturan kerja)**:
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
