**Responsibilities**:

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, printers, and scanners.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing level 1 technical support across the company (this maybe in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Liaise with third party vendor and service provider.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification : Professional Cert of Diploma in IT(Hardware) or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executives Specializing in IT/ Computer hardware troubleshooting.
- Supporting Hours : 8:00AM to 5:45AM (Monday to Friday excluding weekend and Public Holiday).

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
