As a Fundraising Intern at Epic Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting our fundraising efforts to finance our projects and programs. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of fundraising while contributing to meaningful initiatives that make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in researching potential fundraisers, donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Aid in the creation of fundraising materials, including grant proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor communications.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm creative fundraising strategies and tactics.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify fundraising best practices and trends.
- Provide general administrative support to the fundraising team, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant academic program (e.g., business, nonprofit management, fundraising, communications).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in conducting research and analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Business suite and familiarity with fundraising software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**_ Duration: _**3 - 6 months

**_ Are you someone who is passionate about making an impact on society, and wants to make a difference in this world we are living in? Curious on how social enterprises analyse data and track impact of their work?_**

As a data analytics intern at Epic, you will play a vital role in supporting our data management flow. You will work on the data processing pipeline which quantifies the impact of Epic’s work. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing a system to automate the coding of the data input into the spreadsheet from multiple sources into individual metrics
- Developing a system to manage data from multiple sources eg: spreadsheets, word documents, etc, and channel it into a scoring system which will then calculate the scores for the impact measures for the community.
- Simplifying existing data processing pipeline processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant academic program (.g, IT, data science, software engineering, etc).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in conducting research and analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Business suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
