Produce sketches,designs, mood/color boards and samples for presentation to HOD/ Directors
- Collaborating with team members in making up sets of sample designs and new concepts
- Liaising with marketing and production to plan and develop designs
- Accurately interpreting and representing ideas
- Working out design formula for a group of samples
- Assessing and approving completed items and production standards
- Using software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs to develop a range of designs
- Experimenting with colour, fabric and texture
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new design and production techniques and têxtile technology
- Developing new design concepts independently within specified timeline
- Conduct market research to keep company up to date with current trends and appraising the work of competitors for design inspiration
- Updated with fashion trends in fabric design by reading forecasts in trade magazines and/or using internet resources
- In charge of selecting embellishment, fabrics and trims for designs creation
- Review final product style and fit
- Developing a network of business contacts
- Prepared to work out of regular office hours to meet businesses requirement

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
