**Primary Objective**:
1. To support Unit Head and/or Head of Group Legal in vetting/drafting investment related documentation and to attend to related advisory matters within agreed SLAs
2. To support Unit Head and/or Head of Group Legal to attend to all matters relating to investment and/or RHB Banking Group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Head, GC as liaison officer between Group Legal and relevant business/functional groups pertaining to general contract matters
- Keep abreast with latest development in law that has impact on the capital markets industry
- Other matters as may be assigned by Unit Head and/or Head, Group Legal
- Overall responsible for reviewing of investment related documentation, products papers and provide related legal advice within agreed SLAs
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Possess at least a bachelor degree in law.

High performance team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills

Good analytical, planning and communication skills
