Responsibilities 1. Ensuring that FSSC 22000 & HACCP Food Safety systems are established, implemented and maintained in accordance to the Food Safety Standards. 2. To develop, implement and plan programs to indicate quality & food safety awareness concept in all area to ensure continuity through constant follow up, monitor and check work in progress that meet specification. 3. Create new formula for food supplement. 4. Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels 5. Regional R&D and production support for contract manufacturing in Malaysia and overseas market. 6. Staying ahead of consumer taste trends. 7. Perform products presentation with technical / scientific knowledge in convincing customer of decision making 8. Reporting to top management on the performance new formula and any need for improvement 9. Supports cross functional team and manage product cutting, sensory evaluation, and reformulation of current products. 10. To initiate research & development efforts to create new products 11. Research and selection of raw materials used in products 12. To establish/ maintain and update related work instructions, including analysis method, specification (recipe, ingredients list, nutritional fact) and documents of all projects and samples status on time 13. To improve and revise existing product formulations and process if necessary to optimize productivity and cost. Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition / related field. - At least 1 years experience in food industry. Fresh graduated are welcomed to apply.
