**Position Summary**

The eCommerce Front-End Developer is responsible to identify coordinate and address untapped opportunities in the end-to-end customer journey by translating commercial & communications objectives into cost-effective and data-driven web & mobile solutions through the creative use of technology and user experience principles.

**A day in the life of an eCommerce Front-End Developer**
- Nourish the operations roadmap including defining and executing a high impact AB testing and personalization roadmap with the primary focus to provide coherent decision support, and valuable insight into what drives conversion and customer satisfaction improvements on the market's eCommerce channels.
- Leverage understanding of web design principles, technical capabilities, and operational processes to develop and drive website strategies to increase conversion, improve customer experience & load time optimization.
- Contribute to the definition of global campaigns & permanent content, development & execution of landing pages and advance merchandising on existing pages to increase qualified visits, acquisition, conversion, retention and ensure quality & timely execution of digital content to end consumers.
- Leverage a deep understanding of user-centered design and understanding of technical limitations as well as business strategies and goals, backed by a knowledge of different technologies to ensure seamless online experiences
- Leverage operational insights & global best practices to influence the optimization of campaign customer journeys and path to purchase
- Leveraging eCommerce analytics insights and data, ensure optimization guidelines are followed & standards met to ensure optimization of conversion goals & objectives
- Contribute to the planning of website merchandising into the annual campaign roadmap, anticipate annual planning & assess relevant technologies available to support ecommerce ambitions
- Including leading the development of fully responsive campaign landing pages for local campaign if necessary
- Influence the campaign design process to ensure commercial needs are met and executed in a timely manner
- Continually optimize the content & campaign operations roadmap and an SME on all testing and personalization for eCommerce channels.
- Defines and executes the local experiments' roadmap collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to identify all possible optimization/personalization opportunities and to validate hypotheses.
- Ensure site tagging are implemented for tests.
- Develop insightful tests that adhere to global testing guidelines and best practices
- Prioritizes and maintains testing calendar to make best use of available traffic and testing resources and avoid any conflicts between tests.
- Execute personalization campaigns on the website in coordination with cross-functional partners.

- 3 years’ experience in digital industry with relevant degree.
- Best-in-class knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript.
- Advanced knowledge of a JS framework a must (eg React.js, Vue.js, Angluar.js...)
- Knowledge of API is a strong plus and Strong background mobile design
- Up to date in all web, technology & digital innovation trends
- Advanced understanding of User Experience/Usability
