Drafter

Tender drawings preparation (Layouts, Floor plans, Elevation / Sections / Schematic & single line for MEP&S)
- Tender drawings preparation (Layouts, Floor plans, Elevation / Sections for Architectural / Builders)
- Reviewing Consultant’s design drawings and specification
- Supporting the Project team with technical delivery using AutoCAD and Revit
- Create 2D and 3D drawings and BIM drawings base on contract drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Coordinate all MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Navisworks Platform
- Prepare Shop / Installation drawings base on coordinated Model
- Create Revit Model and Revit Families
- Attend the Drawings Coordination Meeting (CAD and BIM)
- Technical Capability of BIM LOD 300 to LOD 500 [Compulsory]
- Prepare Bill of Materials / Quantity take off based on the Shop / Installation drawings
- All the drawings prepared in time and as per the specifications and quality requirements
- Shop drawings submission and get approval from client / consultant
- Prepare working drawings for site installation
- Prepare As built drawings as per site installation and get approval from client / consultant
- Manage the drafting expectation and control the records of drawings
- Prepare Operation Manual Maintenance and As-Built drawings record
- Maintenance of all the Project Drawings and keep record
- Control the management of Drafting works

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
