CNC Programmer

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa.
- Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
- **Working days & hours: Monday-Saturday (08.00am-04.30pm).**:

- Location: Banting, Selangor.
- 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Engineering**
- To implement Kaizen and innovation projects improvement.
- To work together with related department or section to improve the process.
- To carry out time study for individual machines and sections of the production efficiency and capacity.
- To ensure daily production output are meet to company KPI requirement.
- To improve machinery layout and production flow when there is new model or product in production.
- To carry out daily, weekly and monthly meeting.
- To reduce production OT and increase production efficiency.
- To assist management in capturing and monitoring on material usage vs PCN.
- To ensure all product making according to PCN and meet to company quality requirement.
- To problem solving and troubleshooting together with QA department for the root cause and improve related process and section to reduce the rejection on daily basis.
- To implement new preventive method as per quality requirement.

**Cutting Tools**
- To monitor and control the production changing cutter down and improvement production machine setting time.
- To ensure cutting tools is prepared for new product.
- To ensure all the cutting tools is prepared and ready for production to minimize downtime.

**Research and Development**
- To review and improve our product construction.
- To review and improve the production process.

**ISO and Document**
- To ensure ISO procedures is implemented in production.
- To assist Department Head in conducting the periodical review and analysis on current operational processes and recommend appropriate update and changes in the related procedures.
- To ensure all the down lines exercise proper control & filling system on store related documents as well as controlled copy of external origins.
- To carry out On-The-Job Training for new members and re-training / refreshment training for existing staff.

**CNC Operation and Programming**
- To work together with production to assists production at CNC section.
- To ensure all CNC program are setup based on requirement and mass to production CNC.
- To control an update CNC programming follow to drawing revision for production, soft copy, hard copy and filling.
- To work together with OM Executive and production to review and improving CNC process.
- To work together with Planning Department for update information of any new or revision drawing related CNC Program.
- To ensure CNC program and machine is ready before change model or production.
- You are required perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Head.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
