Syarie Lawyer

**Job Requirements (Syarie Lawyer)**:

- Possess at least Wilayah and/or Selangor license as a Syarie lawyer.
- At least 2 years working experience in a legal firm practicing experience.
- Possess own transport.
- Independent and same time team player.
- Positive attitude and mature in handling court matters and clients.
- Our client is a law firm that is looking for a motivated and dedicated lawyer with an eventual view of partnership.
- Able to start immediately

**Job Requirements (Conveyancing Lawyer**):

- Possessed a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) or a member of the Malaysian Bar
- Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate
- 1 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations
- To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion
- Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time.
- Good command of spoken and written in Malay and English
- Good communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Possess good and positive attitude
- Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented
- Able to work independently and also as a team
- Manage time well and able to meet deadline
- Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities
- Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Option 1 : 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Option 2 : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
