Fa Technician

Responsible:

- Responsible for conducting the First Article Inspection.
- Perform First Article / First Piece Inspection and data keyed-in
- Review / Approval of First Article / First Piece Inspection
- All measurement point shall refer to QSI
- Inform the Status of First Article / First Piece Submission.
- FA Technician/FA Supervisor & QA Supervisor to approved first piece sample once both cosmetic and dimension have no issue. Final approval needed from both parties.
- Write & create CMM program for various parts to measured;
- Once approval obtained for new part, CMM program must be created within 24 hours.
- Ensure all programs are based on latest engineering drawings (critical point);
- Monitor in monthly basis and review the program according to Quality Standard Instruction (QSI).
- Monitor all measuring equipment and ensure equipment are calibrated accordingly;
- Equipment to calibrate in yearly basis (CMM, Scope/Vision, Granite Table, dial gauge, digital caliper, etc.)
- Support the QA/QC functions as needed by FA Supervisor or QA Manager.
- Measure full dimension for new part testing (ISIR);
- Review the ISIR measurement report together with FA Supervisor.
- Create a safe copy to prevent data missing. Suggest use hard copy and filing properly.
- Support run program for in-process 4 hourly and Ensure 4hrly critical dimension tally with QSI/SIP and plotted into SPC format
- Measure part request from customer (adhoc);
- Support new project full dimension measurement;
- Upkeep of measuring equipment to maintain the stability & repeatability;
- Ensure good housekeeping at working area according to 5S requirement.

**Qualification / Knowledge / Skill Requirement:

- **
- At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to use various types of inspection tools, such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparator, optical/probe Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM/Keyence), etc.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
- Good communication skills and high attention to details.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
