**Job Summary**
- Plan and arrange materials, manpower and machineries required.
- Monitor daily works schedule and work progress completed by contractors.
- Attend to site daily's problem solving's & documentation and reports of the incidents.
- Prepare and submit method statements, quality and safety requirements by main contractor
- Coordinate with project team and other support staff to complete the projects within timeline and budget.
- Always keep pace with the site updates, changes & documentation and costings.
- Attend to any other job duties assigned by Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Any Related Discipline
- Some ID works especially for Interior Fit Out
- Can start immediately
- Posses Own Transport
- Based at Kajang, Selangor

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
