**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain sales documents, records, and reports in an organized manner
- Coordinate with sales team members to schedule appointments and meetings with clients
- Provide administrative support for sales presentations and proposals
- Assist in processing sales orders and documentations accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock supplies for the sales department
- Help maintain and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of sales processes and terminology is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
