Alcohol Drink Mixologist Bartender

Our Client, who is a Multi-National Company, **specializes in Premium Alcohol Beverage.**

**What is the opportunity?**

Looking for **Beverage Mixologist** to be based **Selangor, **who will beresponsible for **innovating new beverages from the mixing of company products.**

**Your role is important role in/ to**:

- Provide support to the marketing team for content development, recipe development, tastings, new product launches, presentations and such.
- Present drink concepts and product/brand showcase to customer and audiences.
- Manage the Studio’s schedule of events and prepare all mandatories required.
- Conduct trainings and tastings that represents the brand well.
- Work together with commercial and Beverage Innovator teams for all business and branding initiatives and development.
- Produce and submit all necessary reports correctly and on time.
- Be responsible for overall studio management such as inventory, stock ingredients, bottle requisitions, display and tastings bottles, overall equipment maintenance, cleanliness and care of bar and coffee tools, M&E systems and budgeting.

**To be successful in this role, **Y**ou need to have**:

- Minimum SPM/ SKM qualifications.
- Minimum five years in the hospitality industry
- Extensive knowledge of the bar, coffee and beverage industry
- Knowledgeable on food, hospitality and F&B industry as a whole
- Knowledgeable on bar operations and management (e.g. stock inventory, equipment usage, bar care and cleanliness)
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel & Power Point

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
