- 1. Responsible to ensure all Electrical equipment and appliances is in safe and good working condition.

2. To ensure all electrical DB's, Riser room, MSB Room are well maintain.

3. To check ensure all fire fighting system, pumps, wet riser, semoke detector and its installation are in good condition.

4. To ensure all checklist for preventive maintenance and schedule maintenance are updated and attended
