HR Operation:

- Responsible for daily operations of the HR functions
- Work alongside internal team to drive recruitment process including drafting of employment contract, onboarding materials and ensure proper documentations
- Assist in administering employees' benefit programs including but not limited to designing, developing and executing of programs
- Support in managing company and office insurance including updating for new and resigned employees
- Facilitate on

- Support our annual performance management process, bonus, and merit.

HRIS:

- Support in the implementation and immigration of data for new HRIS system
- Roll out new HRIS system to the team and advise accordingly
- Oversee proper maintenance of employee personnel records in the HR system

Employment Laws and Regulations:

- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations across the regions of operation.
- Conduct regular review and update of HR Policies and processes to ensure compliance to global and local statutory requirements

Employee Engagement:

- Organise employee engagement activities such as company gathering
- Ad-hoc HR tasks as required

Business Partnering:

- Provide guidance and advice to line managers on managing employee performance and development improvement processes.
- Lead employee relations investigations in partnership with the HR Leader, HR Managers and/or Legal to minimize risk to the company.

Job Requirements:

- 5 to 8 years of HR Generalist experience in Malaysia
- Experienced in Data Center operations will be a bonus (Experienced with 24/7 shift work employees)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field, required.
- Have a good working knowledge of Malaysia employment legislation, general HR polices and best practices.
- Experience in HR operations and business partnership.
- Experience in compliance or HR operational work highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills. Discreet, tactful and maintaining confidentiality as a professional, ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and build sound working relationships.
- Delivery oriented, able to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Positive and proactive attitude highly self-motivated a self-starter and a fast learner.
