**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for new brand sales team building and management
- Responsible for the achievement of brand sales targets
- Terminal team construction and management
- Brand terminal image execution
- Competitor data collection and feedback
- Lead the team to achieve the sales goals set by the company at each stage
- Work closely with other departments to achieve sales targets
- Develop department sales target achievement plan and budget
- Develop departmental procedures and work standards
