Job Description:
- To assist Finance & Administration in the administration works.
- To handle basic accounts and accounting records, Account Payable and Account Receivables to ensure all accounts transactions are updated timely and accurately.
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties.
- Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
- Handle daily accounting transaction including data entry, purchasing, invoicing and payments.
- To assist in any other tasks as and when required by the superior.
- Filling of documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Have basic knowledge in accounting.
- Must be good in Excel.
- Able to communicate, read and write in English and B. Malaysia.
- Great at time and task management.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under stressful situation and meet tight deadline.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Have own transportation preferred.
Working Hour
Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5.00pm
Saturday
8.30am - 1.00pm
Sunday & Public Holiday
