2. Manage the creative process from concept to completion

5. Allocate jobs to designers or 3rd party designer agency and ensure that deadlines are met
6. Analyze the latest insights from consumer feedback, including customer feedback, call feedback, and consultation, and adjust content based on the latest trends
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, copywriting, and video production
