1. Responsible for stock level monitoring of the production of cleaning chemical which are required from time to time by production. 2. To verify daily, weekly monthly stock take for raw chemicals and compounded chemicals. 3. To monitor stock usage of all the latex, compounding chemicals which is correct according to the formulation. 4. To ensure the incoming latex and chemicals with approved specifications. 5. To verify all abnormal material and process in Compounding. 6. Ensure all the documentation and testing methods are complies with Quality Manual & Standard, GMP Procedures any related ISO certified. 7. To supervise the compounding supervisor in a manner that instruction, rules & regulations laid down are strictly followed. 8. To coordinate with Production Department on new type of gloves testing to meet customer requirement. 9. To be responsible for quality assurance of incoming Latex and Chemicals. 10. To ensure daily compounding operation as per SOP. 11. To ensure all preparation as per SOP and meet the specification.
