Overhead Crane Operator

1. Strictly implement the shift change system and do a good job in shift change.

2. Responsible for checking the normal operation of crane carts, carts, grabbers, sliding lines and other equipment.

3. Responsible for the use and maintenance of the crane, and ensure two-thirds of the material level of the bin.

4. Responsible for the capture of materials in the fuel depot.

5. Responsible for the inspection and sampling of materials in the fuel depot and the screening of grain grade

6. Responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of equipment lubrication system and timely refueling.

7. Be responsible for removing large pieces and sundries in the feeding process.

8. Be responsible for the inspection of the silo grate

9. Responsible for the cleaning of materials at the gate of fuel depot

10. Fill in and save the original records of production and equipment as required. 11. Responsible for the sticky material cleaning of each supporting roller and roller.

12. Conduct inspection and general inspection of equipment according to the position inspection agreement, and timely report to the operation chief and the prosecutor of the contact point for handling when problems are found.

13. During scheduled repair and emergency repair, cooperate with maintenance personnel to complete maintenance work (such as equipment cleaning, test, acceptance, etc.).

15. Assist the chief operator and relevant posts in accident prevention, accident handling and other cooperation work.

16. Supervise and inspect the health area and clean the equipment to ensure the cleanliness of the site.

17. Complete the temporary work assigned by the leader.
