Position Purpose Statement

Responsible for delivering, maintaining and enhancing the platforms within Sterling RISQ. The individual will manage a portfolio of projects with multiple stakeholder and business leaders to implement new solutions and maintain existing solutions. Additionally, responsible for ensuring cost-efficient and timely deliveries to internal and external customers.

The nature, scope and tasks of this position

a. Drive platform improvement initiatives related to simplification and optimization of processes related to client success, support and fulfillment functions.

b. Design scalable platform functionalities including capture, collect and analyse business requirements regarding platform enhancements and processes.

c. Provide exceptional analysis, project management, risk identification & mitigation, to enable client-facing, support and fulfilment teams to effectively and efficiently support our clients.

d. Demonstrate project management skills, such as

 clear & precise communication (both spoken & written)

 time management

 problem solving

 negotiation

 on-time project delivery

e. Act as the liaison between the business and the platform engineering team, ensuring clear understanding of the business needs.

f. Coordinate with the platform engineering team to collect project timeline and status updates.

g. Prepare test script, manage and conduct user-acceptance testing.

i. Assess and manage risk throughout all aspects of platform management.

j. Assisting with Ad Hoc Projects and other duties as assigned.

k. Fundamental understanding of system architecture and tech concepts.

l. Familiar with user story frameworks & can guide engineers to deliver iteratively, continuously.

m. Handle day to day platform enquires, clarification, results explanation, share data source, matching criterial.

n. Other task assigned by Sterling management

Required Skills/Related Knowledge & Experience

a. 3-4 years of client facing experience with proven track record in successful delivery management.

b. 3-4 years Project or Product or management experience

c. Project/Product management/Scrum/Agile certification or PMI or Prince 2 or Six Sigma

d. Aware of Prioritization techniques - MoSCoW/ RICE/ Kano Model or 3CD etc.

e. Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual in a team environment.

f. Strong communications skills - ability to express oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely and thoroughly.
