Moving patients from the lobby to the appropriate department, such as an outpatient clinic, helping the admission staff send Patients for admission, moving Patients to the radiology department, and helping the ward, OPD with the dispatch of paperwork and specimens and other task required at that moment.
- To provide efficient and courteous portage service in keeping with the Hospital standards and policies.
- Extends warm greetings to Patients/Visitors and help with directions, information and transportation.
- Monitor ‘Pottering’ (PORTZO) system to ensure uninterrupted service of Concierge and conformance to safety and quality standards.
- Consistently check that all Concierge response to allocated job timely and deliver within the stipulated time.
- Report to Head of Department on any health, security, or safety hazards concern.
- Ensure all the Patients assisted by the Porter for transportation arrangement.
- Ensure that wheelchairs are cleaned, well maintained and always available and this is including of the Concierge counter. Porters must maintain cleanliness and presentable uniforms at all time on duty.
- Record and maintain all incident reports, activities, jobs and duty log as per BTMC standards.
- Willing to work at Bukit Tinggi Medical Center, Klang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
