**Role Title**:Test Manager**

**Role Overview**
- Proven Track record as an outstanding tester with end-to-end testing experience. Capable to define the Test Strategy & Test Plan document, to design the test cases and prepare the testers for UAT.
- Experience in managing user acceptance testing (UAT) in both in an Agile and Waterfall delivery environment.
- Hands on experience in test planning, test execution, test management, defect tracking skill and test progress reporting including using a variety if test management tools
- Skilled Business Analyst with relevant experience in the coordination of SIT and UAT for multi phased project preferably using Agile practice.
- UAT management skills is more important than the Insurance domain knowledge

**Experience & Skills**
- 5 or more years’ experience in** end-to-end testing development**:

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, UAT Testing
- ISTQB Certified tester, Foundation level (CTFL) work towards qualification.
- Well versed and able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin
