**Qualifications & experience**
- Diploma or Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent fields
- Ability to troubleshoot FICO related errors and provide the appropriate resolution for continuous operations
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide functional support with quality resolution to users facing issues day to day in SAP FICO and its integration with other SAP modules
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document user requirements
- Design, customize, configure, test and document new processes in the area of FICO
- Proactively Identify and propose business process and/or system Change Request/enhancements
- Co-ordinate ABAP RICEF developments for SAP FICO to ensure user requirements are fulfilled and completed as per the schedule and fully tested
- Act as liaison with SAP AMS Vendor for Complex issues troubleshooting: investigate, analyze and solve issues and/or enhancements with the vendor
- Responsible to prepare training materials and conduct planned and/or ad-hoc SAP User Training
- To assist Administration and Finance team on any other business needs on ad-hoc basis, to provide financial insights and analytics.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
