IT Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Maintain and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage IT assets and inventory, including procurement of new equipment and tracking of existing assets.
- Assist employees with IT-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and providing training as needed.
- Establish backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
- **Create, maintain and solve AppSheet problems with minimum supervision.**:

- Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and maintenance of IT systems.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure the secure and efficient use of technology resources.
- Lead IT-related projects, such as system upgrades or software implementations, from planning to completion.
- Handle user account requests, including creating, modifying, or disabling accounts, as well as ensuring proper access permissions.
- Review the IT budget for the month and plan for any upcoming IT expenses or projects.
- Ensure that software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with the company's needs.
- Plan and initiate larger IT projects or upgrades, such as server replacements or software migrations, with a focus on long-term improvements.
- Update and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, user manuals, and IT policies.

**Requirement**:

- Computer literate
- Ability to develop software in Phyton or other programming language
- Knowledge of Google Suite such as Google Form and AppSheet
- Knowledge on Excel Formulas such as VLOOKUP and etc
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with team, work independently, responsive and informative
- Required language : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- **Age 18 -38 years old**:

- **Contract basis for 3 months and will confirm as permanent staff if performance is satisfactory**
