**Duties**
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
- Manage financial data to discover outstanding invoices
- Record and update all payment in accounting software
**Qualifications for Billing Clerk**
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years experience in a billing field
- Excellent computation ability
- Strong organizational skills
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
