Programme Counsellor

**JOB SUMMARY**
- To promote programs offered by the company, attend all sales inquiries, and follow up with prospects.
- To plan, execute, and participate in all related marketing events inclusive of the current trend of social media channels.
- To achieve personal and company targets with a commission scheme.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, highly motivated team, and willing to travel for work purposes and possess own transport.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the overall new enrolment of the Institution
- Improve sales conversion from opportunities to enrolment
- Follow benchmarks for overall sales and marketing processes
- Increase Planting to Harvesting conversion rate from partner school accounts
- Responsible in driving Cost Leadership management to improve productivity
- Reduce cost per sales/ training/ enrolment as per the institutions benchmarking standards
- Driving customer relationship to ensure access to feeder market
- Revamp the institutions program/ training/ services to continue being the market leader
- Engage with partner schools to conduct nurturing activities for future students
- Exhibit speed and quality in work execution
- Reinforce all processes to improve efficiency

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or in any related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Sales / Education Counselling in an education institution would be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel for work purposes
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia &/or Mandarin

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
