**Responsibilities**:

- Assist to overseeing P2P loan documentation operations, administer credit review of issuers, credit file maintenance, collateral review and post-disbursement duties.
- Assist/support to review and streamlining existing loan account documentation management, operation and post-disbursement process to enhance operations efficiency.
- Assist/support the Liaise & prepare reports as per Security Commission and KPKT requirements for Quickash & Quickredit respectively.
- Assist/support superior to work closely with Sales Team and/or Credit & Loan Processing Team and/or other stakeholders to ensure efficient management / disbursement of P2P loans, manage / resolve P2P loans documentation exceptions and take corrective measures to minimize / prevent re-occurrence.
- Assist/support Credit & Loan Processing team on accurate and timely submission of comprehensive reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis on P2P loans processed and all statistical reporting required by the Regulator.
- Work closely with internal legal officer and internal auditor and AML Risk & Compliance Unit on various regulatory and compliance issues.
- Support marketing executives and others in organizing various projects, eg; update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Keying, store and sort financial, accounting and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Prepare draft credit assessment, credit score, financial fact sheet for issuer.
- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts and collections efforts.
- Negotiate settlements and coordinate legal actions as needed.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents and bankers for operation related.
- Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Maintain good inter department / business unit harmony and working relationship with the aim to elevate internal efficiency and service quality which ultimately will benefit the customer and create strong customer retention / customer loyalty / brand image.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in finance and operations managements, including debt collections experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving-skills.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- A self starter.
- Knowledge of P2P lending and regulatory requirement is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
