**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day administration to support wholesale business
- Generate new order book/QOH for new customers or replenishments for existing customers.
- Key liaison with logistics/warehouse team on delivery order and discrepancies
- Fully support on customer’s enquiries on product images, information and all related matters to wholesale business.
- Liaise with merchandising team on product defects and returns, tracking report
- Handle customer service enquiries for wholesales.
- Monitor payment collection within terms guideline.
- To provide back-end administration support to Wholesale team
- Prepare and compile weekly and monthly sales order, sales reports and inventory report.
- Perform any ad hoc duties from time to time assigned by immediate superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
