Administrative:
- Provide general administrative and clerical job such as data entry, mailing, scanning and copying.
- Handle day to day matters for administration process.
- Manage filing system and correspondence records.
- To perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Able to multitask in various department when required.
- Record operation daily works update to keep track on manpowers and projects.
- Assist in new foreign worker opening bank account.
- Assist in Monthly calculation on foreign workers "Kong Kad", ensure their working schedules are tally with daily works update by supervisor.
- Responsible for website content creation including content planning, executing and maintaining.
**Job Requirements**
- Min SPM, good command in Chinese, English & Malay, presentable, independent & willing to learn.
- Microsoft Office, Quick Pay System.
- At least 1 years of working experience.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
