**Management**
- Direct, coordinate and oversee all activities of the on-site armed security personnel including supervisory, training, and operational functions at the assigned post in accordance with post orders and client instructions, and in compliance with all internal procedures.
- Responsible for supervising, coaching and training armed security personnel
- Managing logistics and schedules of security operations
- Have a detailed and reasonable cost control plan to control operating costs of each department to maximize operating profit without compromising KAMI’s standards, safety procedures and Client’s experience
- Manage all direct reports professionally, encouraging good teamwork and collaboration
- Developing and implementing armed security policies, protocols and procedures
**Recruitment & Armed Security Personnel Training**
- Conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations and execute site-specific orientations
- Running drills and training for responding to shooters, fires and evacuations
**Client Management**
- Coordinates with or assists clients and law enforcement personnel regarding incidents and investigations involving client (assignment)
**Operations**
- Creating safety plans and strategies to respond to threats
- Directing armed security personnel to protect exits, entrances and vulnerabilities
- Managing and training other armed security personnel on how to handle emergencies
- Preparing and presenting safety training to other armed security personnel
- Maintain skill in the use of all assigned equipment and weapons
- Responding to emergency situation on an ongoing basis such as security failures and breaches with an investigation to assess weaknesses
- Monitors or patrols an assigned area and reports disturbances or criminal activity to the client or proper authority; preserves order and enforces applicable rules and regulations
**Others**
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Currently working in security industry with active involvement in handling armed department
- Possess minimum 2 years job experience in management level related to managing armed department
- Ex services with related job experience in armed security guarding in security industry are welcomed to apply
- Posses’ knowledge in managing armed department as a whole (personnel & operations)
- College degree or an equivalent credential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A resourceful person, creative and able to maintain flexibility
- Able to operate with a sense of urgency and discipline
- Able to take ownership of actions taken and decisions made
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cheras Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
