Admin Project Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- To assist issue purchase order and other related documents.
- To maintain/monitor all supplier on delivery schedule.
- Verify supplier invoice against purchase order issued.
- Update and maintain store documentation.
- To assist quotation generations, performing calculations for materials and costing.
- To assist ensuring project deadlines are met.
- To assist monitoring projects schedule and production schedule, panel delivery time.
- To ensure all documents are maintained in good filling system.
- Handling incoming invoices and outgoing invoices, ensuring all invoices are accurate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Self-motivated and team-player attitude, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and with good working attitude.
- Nationality Preferred : Malaysian only.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
