1) Responsible for administrative task.
2) Perform data entry and update the database system.
3) Preparing Invoice and payment voucher
4) To provide administrative support
5) Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentations and filing in a timely manner.
6) Communicate with internal and external parties on matters related to administrative activities
7) Work with team to gather all updated information regarding working status.
8) Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management.
