- Knows how to handle coffee machine
- Knows how to make good coffee
- Reliable, Independent in managing the cafe
- Keeping inventory up to date
- Honest and trustworthy
- Working hours from 9am - 7pm (Monday to Saturday) *adjustable
- One day off per week
- Experience in handling food is added advantage
