Job Summary:
As a Resident Doctor, you will play a role in providing a quality service to patients with a good communication skills of knowledge in medical. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional development and hands-on clinical experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Patient Care**:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and specialists.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely intervention.
- **Medical Procedures**:
- Perform routine medical procedures such as wound care, venipuncture, and administering medications.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards during procedures.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Prepare and present case reports, patient histories, and other medical documentation as required.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care instructions.
- **Professional Development**:
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending educational seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Stay updated on current medical research, guidelines, and best practices in relevant specialties.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of internship and residency training in a relevant specialty.
- Board certification or eligibility for board certification in the respective specialty.
- Valid medical license and registration to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in medical procedures and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
