Storekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all tasks related to the store, including personnel management, inventory control, physical distribution, maintenance, and record-keeping.
- Ensure accurate verification of codes, conduct stock checks, and update stock cards.
- Process stock orders efficiently and coordinate material scheduling and delivery dates.
- Handle materials and finished goods received, stored, and shipped with utmost care and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between inventory and stock control records.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to determine current material status, including quantity, availability, and condition.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift safely.
- Attention to detail
- Able to handle the physical demands of the role, including material handling and operating a forklift.
- Proficient in speaking, writing and reading in Bahasa Melayu and English

- **Tanggungjawab**:

- Menguruskan semua tugas yang berkaitan dengan stor, termasuk pengurusan kakitangan, kawalan inventori, pengedaran fizikal, penyelenggaraan, dan penyimpanan rekod.
- Memastikan pengesahan kod dengan tepat, menjalankan pemeriksaan stok, dan mengemaskini kad stok.
- Memproses pesanan stok dengan cekap dan menyelaraskan jadual bahan serta tarikh penghantaran.
- Mengendalikan bahan dan barang siap yang diterima, disimpan, dan dihantar dengan penuh berhati-hati dan betul.
- Menyiasat dan menyelesaikan ketidakselarasan antara inventori dan rekod kawalan stok.
- Berkolaborasi dengan penyelia jabatan untuk menentukan status bahan semasa, termasuk kuantiti, ketersediaan, dan keadaan.

**Keperluan**:

- Kelayakan SPM minimum.
- Penguasaan asas dalam aplikasi Microsoft Office seperti Word, Excel, dan Outlook.
- Mahir dalam mengendalikan forklift dengan selamat.
- Mempunyai tumpuan yang terperinci.
- Mampu melakukan kerja berat, termasuk pengendalian bahan dan operasi forklift.
- Mahir bertutur, menulis dan membaca dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
