- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance & facilities activities by ensuring no destructive of manufacturing operation.
- To lead and manage technicians to meet goals, objectives, of the required tasks.
- Coordinate and train subordinate in an effective way to handle the breakdown repair & preventive maintenance of utility equipment and system.
- Develop a complete preventive maintenance and calibration program for facilities equipment. Plan, coordinate and execute plant utility equipment and system maintenance.
- Responsible for spare parts / consumables availability & inventory, meeting critical facilities maintenance requirement.
- To carry out project management, cost saving projects, building maintenance, installation, and re-layout activities. Collecting data and develop an accurate analysis for facility equipment reliability improvement and energy efficiency.
- To prepare budget forecast planning and implement continual improvement plan.
- To coordinate and implement plant energy and water saving program.
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
- Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
- To liaise with Government for license and permit renewal.

Requirement
- Experienced in hands on for HVAC equipment.
- Chargeman will be added advantage.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
