**Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visual content that enhances messaging.
- Write and edit copy that is engaging, accurate, and aligned with brand voice and tone.
- Utilize SEO best practices to increase organic reach and engagement.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow social media accounts by developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
- Create and curate content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and content creation.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
