Office Admin Clerk

**Job Scope**:
- Maintain filing and proper documentation.
- Handle the client’s quotation and issue a PO.
- To assist in general office administration as assigned from time to time.
- Manage appointments and ensure the shop is organised.
- Inspecting products for defects, measuring and testing components, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and identifying areas for improvement in the production process.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: MS Word and MS Excel.
- Applicants must be able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Independent, disciplined, multitasking, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Preferably, entry level specialized in clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate, Student job
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
